Return and Refund Policy
Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer rules. To request a return, contact admin@akelare.eu within the 14-day period and include your order number.
Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging. The customer pays the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product or valid proof of return shipment.
If an item arrives defective, damaged or does not match the description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess the case and offer replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund as appropriate.
